general discussion?

one has to note that its possible for one person to make accounts for a whole bunch of boards and get power that way

As I said before, my fellow reps, I would only voice for /fur/, not vote for it. This would apply for any other spokespeople.

thats a slippery slope. [s4s] has been decided already but who gets to say who represents those boards?

Either we make a new thread and the official voices are appointed there, or anyone can be a voice. If the former, I take /fur/, as I said before.

but you see where this is going? you take /fur/ you have two votes now as oppose to the rest of us.

As I said, these people would not have a vote: they would only speak for their respective boards, only give them an outlet. The boards would still not have a vote, and the actual spokesperson would retain their vote for their official board.

I vote you can speak for them, but not vote for them

would anyone really take this that seriously? also admins can view ip if it really comes to that.

I think periodically admin should check ips until each board is accounted for and been verified

Only mods can vote, I will only add people to the mod group if they have an original IP. If I see a duplicate I will ban them.

In the end each board will need to have a singular rep. However I think if the vote is unanimous, eg. /fur/. It doesn't matter, But as a best practice boards should not be able to vote until they have there own singular rep. That way each board has 1-Vote and results cannot be skewed. People in favor, /aye/ ?

ok so lets slow this down a bit. New additions are one vote per rep, but anyone can voice the opinion of unrepresented boards? Anything else i should add to the confirmed list of changes?
