It's fine. I'm on board with one porn rep, possibly more later (should problems arise).

What shocks me the most about all of this is that we're all getting along swimmingly. Now as time goes by that might not be the case.

I think it's far too early to establish these kind of things. Let's recruit as many as we can, if, by the end of the month, we don't have enough porn reps, we'll vote to have one NSFW/Porn Rep until other reps can be established.

It's fine. I'm on board with one porn rep, possibly more later (should problems arise).

As far as the reps go there will be some overlap for a time. The trick is keeping it semi civil. Until we can fill the slots. I am fine with this and it will grow as needed.

I think if there's more than one person applying for a specific official/mod representative position, we should take into account their time-zone-- we will consider that with other factors to decide who gets the position.
For example, if we're missing a PST and one of two applicants is PST, he is much more likely to get the position.

hypothetically, if we search when east-coast people are asleep, then we'll get some people from other time zones

i'm thinking like 7 AM EDT (3 AM GMT)

Wouldn't it be better to try to keep everyone's timezones relatively close? Because you can't have much of a discussion if you're the only one in your timezone.
