The purpose of having diverse time-zones was to accompany users or reps of different time zones, as well as keeping at least one mod for janitorial purposes when needed.
For meet-ups, the only thing I can think of is stretching them for more than one day to ensure that everyone can attend. Perhaps a week long meet-up discussion?

maybe major decisions or decisions relating to those time zones should be made either to their clock or should be held until votes from all timezones are in

-indefinite terms until shown unfit to represent
-searching for reps at least until the second monday of july, then setting a colective porn rep
